Bitcoin first crossed $100,000 on December 5, 2024, and had daily closes above it through mid-December (peaking near $106,000 close and $108,000 intraday on Dec 17). But it ended the year at about $93,400, below $100,000. If "close" is read as a year-end close, the call missed, so I chose the cautious partial rather than accurate.
